02. Accelerator

This offering is for small businesses with limited staff, aiming to increase their revenue. We assist them with human resource planning, operational procedures, finance upgrades, funding and the creation of scalability models.

03. IPO/Trade Sale

This is for businesses that have been operating over a longer period. They aim to have their IPO or to sell their business in the 3-5 year range. We plan their corporate restructuring with a focus on brand building as well as the creation of an international presence with a large injection of funding.

04. Corporates

This tier is for established businesses that require offerings in the areas of Marketing and Creative Services, Technology as well as Digital Consulting which could be based on a retainer or a one-off project.

05. Mentorship

Our mentorship programme is geared towards clients who have gone through our Kick-starter and Accelerator tiers finding that the need for constant consulting services are no longer necessary. For a low monthly retainer, they can subscribe to this tier with ongoing corporate guidance which includes such services as our participation in 1 boardroom meeting a month, the provision of financial supervision as well as consultation on any operational or business development matters.

06. Creating Business Plans & Road-mapping

This is for clients at any stage of their business cycle who do not require any corporate restructuring or management. They require only consulting and assistance to develop a business strategy and plan that can be used as a roadmap to use when pitching for funding.

07. Brokerage

Through this offering, regardless of whether a company has come through our consultancy system or not, we will be able to assist in brokering trade-sales where we assess a company's position, craft their pitch and connect them to potential buyers.
